recycling operations means a use where waste materials are received, stored, baled, packaged or handled for re-use, including but not limited to metals, paper, cardboard, glass, plastics, white goods, rubber and waste wood. This does not include automobile wrecking or dismantling or junk yards;
recycling operations means the use of land, buildings or structures for the purpose of the processing, warehousing and/or storing of waste materials that are to be reused for another purpose. All recycling operations are to be carried out within an enclosed building. A recycling operation shall not include any handling or recycling of hazardous waste material;
