Examples of Recipient Indemnified Parties in a sentence
Except for the provisions of Section 2.06(b), Sections 6.03, 6.04, 6.05 and 6.06 of this Agreement shall be the sole and exclusive remedies of the Provider Indemnified Parties and the Recipient Indemnified Parties, as applicable, for any Losses arising pursuant to this Agreement.
CDS, in defending any such claim, action or allegation, except with the written consent of Data Recipient Indemnified Parties, shall not consent to entry of any judgment or enter into any settlement which (A) does not include, as an unconditional term, the grant by the claimant to the Data Recipient Indemnified Parties of a release of all liabilities in respect to such claim, action, or allegation and (B) subjects Data Recipient Indemnified Parties to any obligation in addition to those set forth herein.
The provisions of Sections 6.03, 6.04 and 6.05 of this Agreement shall, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable Law, be the sole and exclusive remedies of the Provider Indemnified Parties and the Recipient Indemnified Parties, as applicable, for any claim, loss, damage, expense or liability, whether arising from statute, principle of common or civil law, principles of strict liability, tort, contract or otherwise under this Agreement, except as set forth in Section 8.03.

The Provider shall cause the Provider Indemnified Parties, and the Recipient shall cause the Recipient Indemnified Parties, to comply with the foregoing and with Section 7.01 as though such Indemnified Parties were a Party to this Agreement.
