RDEF definition

RDEF means the Development and Employment Foundation of Republika Srpska, a legal entity established under Government Decree No. 02/1-020-861/00, dated September 5, 2000, selected to act as an implementing agency on behalf of Republika Srpska and referred to in paragraph 1 of Schedule 1 to the RS Project Agreement (as hereafter defined), and includes any successor or successors thereto acceptable to the Association;
