Each of ReGen and RBIO hereby waives presentment, demand, protest, notice of dishonor, and any other notice of any kind with respect to this Agreement and each Note.
Neither ReGen nor RBIO will change its name, type of organization or jurisdiction of organization without giving at least 30 days' prior written notice to the Lender and, prior to any such change, making such filings and taking such other steps as the Lender may reasonably request to continue the perfection and priority of the Liens granted hereunder.
