RBGAN definition

RBGAN means Regional Broadband Global Area Network, a Stratos-provided Inmarsat service that brings high-speed data communications to developed and developing nations in its service area, with usage charges based on the amount of data sent or received rather than the conventional “per minute” charge for satellite airtime.
