Raw Files means files from a camera containing minimally processed data, and yet to be edited.

Related to Raw Files
Loan Files means the documents specified in Section 2.1 of the Sale Agreement.
Receivable Files means the documents specified in Section 3.3.
Contract File means, as to each Contract, other than a Land-and-Home Contract,
Trustee Mortgage Files With respect to each Mortgage Loan, the Mortgage Documents to be retained in the custody and possession of the Trustee or the Custodian on behalf of the Trustee pursuant to the Custodial Agreement.
Servicing Records means all documents, books, records and other information (including, without limitation, computer programs, tapes, disks, data processing software and related property rights) prepared and maintained by the Servicer with respect to the Transferred Loans and the related Obligors.
