Quebec Documents definition
Quebec Documents means (a) a Deed of Hypothec given by the Canadian Borrower in favor of the Administrative Agent, as the person holding the power of attorney (fondé de pouvoir) of the Lenders, (b) a Bond in the principal amount of C$1,200,000,000 issued by the Canadian Borrower in favor of the Administrative Agent, as agent, custodian and depository, and (c) the Bond Pledge Agreement entered into by the Canadian Borrower in favor of the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Pledgees (as defined therein) in respect of such Bond.
Quebec Documents means (a) a Deed of Hypothec given by the Canadian Borrower in favor of the Administrative Agent, as the person holding the power of attorney (fondé de pouvoir) of the Lenders, (b) a Bond in the principal amount of C$1,200,000,000 issued by the Canadian Borrower in favor of the Administrative Agent, as agent, custodian and depository, and (c) the Pledge of Bond Agreement entered into by the Canadian Borrower in favor of the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Creditors (as defined therein) in respect of such Bond.
