Quality Expectations definition

Quality Expectations means the standards and specifications applicable to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s performance of the Services and supply of all Products under this Agreement, as described in Exhibit B of this Agreement, attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein, and as may be amended by Hershey from time to time.   • Supplier will comply with applicable ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ Supplier Quality Expectations Manuals, security guidelines and other guidelines that ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ broadly requires its suppliers to meet, which are incorporated herein by reference (including ingredient- specific and external manufacturing requirements).

  • Supplier will comply with applicable ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ Supplier Quality Expectations Manuals, security guidelines and other guidelines that ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ broadly requires its suppliers to meet, which are incorporated herein by reference (including ingredient-specific and external manufacturing requirements).

  • Heritage shall bear all costs, fees and out-of-pocket expenses associated with any Recall Action which results from (i) Heritage’s or Jasper’s negligence or willful misconduct, (ii) Heritage’s or Jasper’s failure to comply with Product Specifications or the Post Holdings Quality Expectations Manual set forth on Schedule A, (iii) any breach of this Agreement by Heritage or (iv) ingredients or packaging materials purchased by Heritage or Jasper.

  • SELLER shall provide a Certificate of Analysis (“COA”) for all goods purchased by BUYER, and SELLER shall comply with all requirements of BUYER’s Supplier Quality Expectations Manual, as amended by BUYER from time to time.

  • The External Examiners will report to the Institution, using the usual procedures required by the Institution and using the Higher Education Quality Expectations in the Territory.

Related to Quality Expectations

  • Detailed Specifications means the specifications for materials and works as specified in PWD BSR/ issued under the authority of PWD/ or as implied/added to or superseded by the special conditions.

  • Timelines means the dates set out in Appendix 2 hereto as may be amended by agreement between the Parties and Timeline shall mean any one of such dates.

  • Project Milestones means the Project milestones set out in Schedule 3;

  • Timeline means the list of critical dates and actions included in the Introductory Materials.

  • Service Specifications means the following documents, as applicable to the Services under Your order: (a) the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies, the Program Documentation, the Oracle service descriptions, and the Oracle Corporate Security Practices; (b) Oracle’s privacy policies; and (c) any other Oracle documents that are referenced in or incorporated into Your order. The following do not apply to any non-Cloud Oracle service offerings acquired under Your order, such as professional services: the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies and Program Documentation. The following do not apply to any Oracle- provided Software: the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies.
