Qualified Positive Emissions Data Verification Statement means a statement rendered by a verification body attesting that the verification body can say with reasonable assurance that the emissions data in the submitted emissions data report is free of material misstatement, but the emissions data may include one or more nonconformance(s) with requirements of MRR which do not result in a material misstatement.
