QSCD means Quantisized Surface Complimentary Diversity, a model proprietary to NeoGenesis, in terms of which discrete chemical compliments to the surfaces of a Target are defined. R&D PROGRAM means on a Designated Compound-by-Designated Compound or Licensed Product-by-Licensed Product and country-by-country basis the activities necessary or desirable to be undertaken in connection with the research and development of such Designated Compound or Licensed Product prior to obtaining Regulatory Approval for a Licensed Product in such country (regardless of the country in which such activities are conducted).
