QEA Documents definition

QEA Documents means, collectively, a qualified exchange accommodation agreement and any and all other documentation executed in connection with a proposed tax-free exchange of a Mortgaged Property, or any direct or indirect interest in a Borrower, after the Effective Date.

Related to QEA Documents

  • RFP Documents means the following documents to be entered into by the parties to the respective agreements in connection with the supply of power:

  • DIP Documents means the DIP ABL Documents and the DIP Term Loan Documents.

  • Financing Documents means, collectively, this Agreement, the Note, the Security Documents, the Account Control Agreement and any other agreements, documents or certificates delivered pursuant hereto or thereto.

  • L/C Documents means the Letters of Credit, any draft or other document presented in connection with a drawing thereunder, the Applications and this Agreement.

  • Bidding Documents means all documents provided to the interested bidders to facilitate them in preparation of their bids in uniform manner;
