Q&A Form definition

Q&A Form means the long-form Question & Answer Form Notice containing questions and answers relating to the terms of the settlement, which will be made available on the Settlement Website as described in Section 9.06, the form of which is attached hereto as Exhibit D.
Q&A Form small mean the Question and Answer form that will be provided on the Settlement Website to answer anticipated questions about the Settlement.

  • Q&A Form Integration & Development of Form System for Other Web Forms • Includes system to easily and visually create online forms such as question submission forms (for the online Q&A), contact forms, registration forms, etc..

  • ASBA Form means an application form, whether physical or electronic, used by ASBA Bidders to submit Bids, which will be considered as the application for Allotment in terms of the Red ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Prospectus and the Prospectus;
