PwC Subcontractors means other PwC Firms and other subcontractors, contractors and IT and other services providers used by PwC or other PwC Firms.

  • Client represents and warrants that it has the requisite right, consent, and permission to use and disclose, and to permit PwC, the Interim CRO, Temporary Personnel and the PwC Subcontractors (as defined below) to use and disclose, all information, materials (including without limitation emails), software, or hardware (including those of third parties) provided to PwC, the Interim CRO, Temporary Personnel or the PwC Subcontractors in connection with this engagement.

  • The City agrees that Consultant may provide information Consultant receives in connection with this Agreement to the PwC Subcontractors for such purposes.

Related to PwC Subcontractors

  • Subcontractors means subcontractors or subconsultants at any tier that are under the direct or indirect control or responsibility of the Contractor, and includes all independent contractors, agents, employees, authorized resellers, or anyone else for whom the Contractor may be liable at any tier, including a person or entity that is, or will be, providing or performing an essential aspect of this Contract, including Contractor’s manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers.

  • Sub-subcontractor means any Person, including an Equipment supplier or vendor, who has a direct or indirect contract with a Subcontractor or another Sub-subcontractor to manufacture or supply Equipment which comprises a portion of the Work, to lease Construction Equipment to Subcontractor or another Sub-subcontractor in connection with the Work, to perform a portion of the Work or to otherwise furnish labor or materials.

  • Contractors means the bidder whose bid has been accepted by the COE;

  • Key Subcontractor means any subcontractor that will (a) fill any of the following key project roles: project management, lead design firm, quality control management, and quality assurance management or (b) serve as a key task leader for geotechnical, hydraulics and hydrology, structural, environmental, utility or right-of-way issues. See Form Q.

  • Major Subcontractor means a Subcontractor who enters into a Major Subcontract.
