If the default has not been cured by Anker within the said 30-day period, JJF Group shall have the right to immediately require Anker to purchase at the Put Option Price those JJF Shares, and only those JJF Shares, which are subject to Put Options for which the applicable Put Option Dates are after the date of the default.
Call Option Date As defined in Section 10.01(a) hereof.
Call Option Repayment Date means the settlement date for the Call Option determined by the Issuer pursuant to Clause 10.2 (Voluntary early redemption – Call Option), paragraph (d) of Clause 10.3 (Mandatory repurchase due to a Put Option Event) or a date agreed upon between the Bond Trustee and the Issuer in connection with such redemption of Bonds.
Option Date means, with respect to any Stock Option, the date on which the Stock Option is awarded under the Plan.
Vesting Dates means, as determined by the Board or by the Committee, the date as of which the Optionee shall be entitled to exercise the Options or part of the Options, as set forth in section 11 of the ISOP.
Put Option Repayment Date means the settlement date for the Put Option pursuant to Clause 10.3 (Mandatory repurchase due to a Put Option Event).
