Examples of Purchased Hardware in a sentence
Title to hardware, devices, or accessories purchased through us (“Purchased Hardware”) will not pass to Client until we have received, in full, all applicable fees for the Purchased Hardware.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, upon Client’s receipt (at its delivery location) or possession of the Purchased Hardware, regardless of whether all purchase-related fees have been paid, Client is fully responsible for all risk of loss and/or damage to the Purchased Hardware.
If Customer’s account is past due, in addition to any other rights or remedies it may have under this Agreement (including the right to suspend the Service pursuant to Section 11.5 (Suspension of Service)) or by Law, Revel reserves the right to disable the Software and API/XML, repossess any Purchased Hardware for which Customer has not made full payment and immediately cease performing Professional Services, without liability to Customer, until such amounts are paid in full.
Each such properly submitted and accepted Order Form will be incorporated into this Agreement and will identify the Service, Software, API/XML and Purchased Hardware to be provided by Revel.
Customer will return all Revel Confidential Information, including but not limited to, any Documentation, and any Purchased Hardware the Customer has not fully paid for as of the date of termination, at Customer’s expense, within fifteen days of termination.
FIS acknowledges and agrees that if Client has paid in full the purchase price for any hardware as of the expiration or earlier termination of this Agreement, then Client will be the owner of any such Client Purchased Hardware and will not be required to make any payment to FIS for Client Purchased Hardware.
FIS agrees to assign to Client all of the manufacturer’s applicable warranties for the Client Purchased Hardware; and, to execute a ▇▇▇▇ Of Sale or any other documents reasonably required to formally transfer title of the Client Purchased Hardware from FIS to Client.

Pilot does not accept responsibility for physical damage to Purchased Hardware once shipped to Customer’s premises, whether intentional or accidental, including damages caused by power-related issues such as surges and/or brownouts.
During the time that Purchased Hardware is under warranty, Pilot will provide technical support, replacement of defective Hardware (as determined solely by Pilot in its sole discretion), provisioning of replacements, replacement shipping, and testing of defective Hardware at no additional charge.
