Public Sector Data definition

Public Sector Data has the meaning set out in the PDP Act but for the purpose of this Agreement is limited to information created by or obtained by the Organisation while delivering the Services or fulfilling its obligations pursuant to this Agreement.
Public Sector Data has the meaning set out in the Privacy and Data Protection Xxx 0000 (Vic).
Public Sector Data means any data that a public sector agency controls, but does not include data of a kind exempted by this Act or any regulations made under this Act.

More Definitions of Public Sector Data

Public Sector Data means any ‘public sector data’ as defined in the Privacy and Data Protection Act 2014 (Vic) that is collected by, generated by or accessible to the Supplier or the Supplier’s Personnel, under or in connection with this agreement.
Public Sector Data has the same meaning as in the Privacy and Data Protection Xxx 0000 (Vic). Public Sector Data Systems has the same meaning as in the Privacy and Data Protection Xxx 0000 (Vic). Specification means the document included in the Request for Tender which describes the Project Services to be performed by the Contractor. State means the Crown in the right of the State of Victoria.
Public Sector Data means data lawfully collected, created or held by or on behalf of a Commonwealth body, including ADSP-enhanced data. This definition is intended to be broad, to capture all lawfully held Commonwealth government data. The definition captures ‘personal information’ and ‘sensitive information’, as defined by the Privacy Act, as well as other types of data, and establishes the scope of data that can be shared under the Scheme (subject to authorisations under clause 13 and other exclusions and protections).

  • Public Sector means an employing authority as defined in s5 of the Public Sector Management Act 1994.

  • Original Public Sector Employee means a former employee of the Crown or other public sector body who as a result of the application of the TUPE Regulations, in relation to what was done for the purposes of carrying out a contract for the provision of services which were equivalent of or similar to the Services, becomes or became an employee of someone other than the Crown or other public sector body.

  • Public sewer means a sewer in which all owners of abutting properties have equal rights, and is controlled by public authority.

  • Tomographic section means the volume of an object whose x-ray attenuation properties are imaged in a tomogram.

  • Public Safety and/or “Nuisance” means anything which is injurious to the safety or health of an entire community or neighborhood, or any considerable number of persons, or unlawfully obstructs the free passage or use, in the customary manner, of any navigable lake, or river, bay, stream, canal, or basin.

  • public sewer or drain means a sewer or drain which belongs to a sewerage undertaker, the Environment Agency, an internal drainage board or a local authority; and

  • public sector instrumentality means any department, ministry or agency of a state or any corporation, trust, financial institution or other entity controlled by such state;

  • Pre-consumer Material means any material or by-product generated after the manufacture of a product but before the product reaches the consumer, such as damaged or obsolete products. Pre-consumer Material does not include mill and manufacturing trim, scrap, or broken material that is generated at a manufacturing site and commonly reused on-site in the same or another manufacturing process.

  • air traffic means all aircraft in flight or operating on the manoeuvring area of an aerodrome;

  • Postconsumer material means a material or finished product that has served its intended use and has been discarded for disposal or recovery, having completed its life as a consumer item. Postconsumer material is a part of the broader category of “recovered material.”

  • Public Software means any Software that contains, or is derived in any manner (in whole or in part) from, any software that is distributed as free software, open source software (e.g., Linux) or similar licensing or distribution models, including, without limitation, software licensed or distributed under any of the following licenses or distribution models, or licenses or distribution models similar to any of the following: (A) GNU’s General Public License (GPL) or Lesser/Library GPL (LGPL), (B) the Artistic License (e.g., PERL), (C) the Mozilla Public License, (D) the Netscape Public License, (E) the Sun Community Source License (SCSL), (F) the Sun Industry Standards License (SISL), (G) the BSD License, and (H) the Apache License.

  • designated sector means a sector, sub-sector or industry that has been designated by the Department of Trade and Industry in line with national development and industrial policies for local production, where only locally produced services, works or goods or locally manufactured goods meet the stipulated minimum threshold for local production and content;

  • Covered contractor information system means an information system that is owned or operated by a contractor that processes, stores, or transmits Federal contract information.

  • Contractor information system means an information system belonging to, or operated by or for, the Contractor.
