Public Sector Data has the meaning set out in the PDP Act but for the purpose of this Agreement is limited to information created by or obtained by the Organisation while delivering the Services or fulfilling its obligations pursuant to this Agreement.

Public Sector Data has the meaning set out in the Privacy and Data Protection ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ (Vic).

Public Sector Data means any data that a public sector agency controls, but does not include data of a kind exempted by this Act or any regulations made under this Act.

For the avoidance of doubt, Applicable Privacy and Data Protection Laws and Regulations includes the Protection of Privacy Law 1981 including all regulations there under, including, but not limited to, Privacy Protection Regulations (Data Security), 2017, and the Privacy Protection Regulations (Conditions for Data Storage and Security and Public Sector Data Sharing), 1986, as amended from time to time.

More Definitions of Public Sector Data

Public Sector Data has the meaning given to that term in the PDP Act. Public Sector Employee has the same meaning as in the Public Administration Act 2004 (Vic).

Public Sector Data means any ‘public sector data’ as defined in the Privacy and Data Protection Act 2014 (Vic) that is collected by, generated by or accessible to the Supplier or the Supplier’s Personnel, under or in connection with this agreement.

Public Sector Data means data lawfully collected, created or held by or on behalf of a Commonwealth body, including ADSP-enhanced data. This definition is intended to be broad, to capture all lawfully held Commonwealth government data. The definition captures ‘personal information’ and ‘sensitive information’, as defined by the Privacy Act, as well as other types of data, and establishes the scope of data that can be shared under the Scheme (subject to authorisations under clause 13 and other exclusions and protections).
