Public channel definition

Public channel means a channel that is constructed or maintained by a public entity such as a federal or state agency, local government, or inland navigation district listed in chapter 374, F.S., or that is part of a public navigation project, public water management project, or a deepwater port listed in section 403.021(9)(b), F.S.
