PubCo Charter definition

PubCo Charter means the Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation of PubCo, as the same may be amended, restated, modified, supplemented or replaced from time to time.
PubCo Charter has the meaning specified in the recitals hereto.

PubCo Charter means the certificate of incorporation and the memorandum and articles of association of PubCo, dated as of April 12, 2021, as amended, modified or supplemented from time to time.
