PTIP definition

PTIP means Landlord’s Property Tax Incentive Program and the payments in lieu of taxes to be paid in accordance with Section 6.02 hereof.

  • Upon approval of a core Telework arrangement (i.e., one or more Telework days per week), a participating employee who also participates in the Public Transportation Incentive Program (PTIP) will submit an amended PTIP benefit application to reflect any reduction in actual transportation costs, as appropriate.

  • Staff of VENDOR shall not pay or receive any commission, consideration, or benefit or any kind related to the referral of a PTIP participant for treatment or engage in fee-splitting with other professionals.
