Upon approval of a core Telework arrangement (i.e., one or more Telework days per week), a participating employee who also participates in the Public Transportation Incentive Program (PTIP) will submit an amended PTIP benefit application to reflect any reduction in actual transportation costs, as appropriate.

Staff of VENDOR shall not pay or receive any commission, consideration, or benefit or any kind related to the referral of a PTIP participant for treatment or engage in fee-splitting with other professionals.
