Licensing means the department process respecting the grant, denial, renewal, revocation, suspension, annulment, withdrawal, or amendment of a license.
Sub-Licensee means all person/ agency with whom Licensee has executed sub license agreement as per terms and conditions of license agreement executed between DMRC and the Licensee, for commercial utilization of the Bare Spaces.
Software licensing agreement means any agreement, regardless of how designated, that defines the intellectual property rights for, or the rights to use, any software product. A software licensing agreement must address only terms directly associated with licensing the right to use the software and must not address any of the work governed by the contract or any services (other than warranty services regarding the software code or associated documentation).
Business License means a license issued by the Department to a medical marijuana dispensary, grower, processor, testing laboratory, or transporter.
Permits and Licenses means any approval, consent, license, permit, waiver, exception, variance or other authorization issued, granted, given, or otherwise made available by or under the authority of a government or governmental agency or under any applicable law, regulation, rule or order.
