  • Water Act, as used in this clause, means Clean Water Act (33 U.S.C. 1251 et seq.).

  • Atomic Energy Act means the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended.

  • Federal Clean Air Act means Chapter 85 (§ 7401 et seq.) of Title 42 of the United States Code.
