Provider Permits definition

Provider Permits is defined in Section 2.7(a).

Examples of Provider Permits in a sentence

  • The Seller agrees to terminate all of its operations relating to the Business upon the Closing and to surrender all of its Permits, including without limitation Provider Permits, without any transfer of any kind to any other party.

  • Promptly following the date hereof, the Seller shall cooperate with the Buyer in the preparation of a letter or letters (the "Surrender Letters") from the Seller to the appropriate agencies and accreditation entities in the State of New Jersey or otherwise irrevocably surrendering its Provider Permits in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

Related to Provider Permits

  • Applicable Permits means all clearances, licences, permits, authorisations, no objection certificates, consents, approvals and exemptions required to be obtained or maintained under Applicable Laws in connection with the construction, operation and maintenance of the Project Facilities during the subsistence of this Agreement;

  • Required Permits shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.24.

  • Parent Permits has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.

  • Health Care Permits means any and all permits, licenses, authorizations, certificates, certificates of need, accreditations and plans of third-party accreditation agencies that are (a) necessary to enable any Borrower to operate any health care facility or participate in and receive payment under any Government Reimbursement Program or other Third Party Payor Arrangement, as applicable, or otherwise continue to conduct its business as it is conducted on the Closing Date, or (b) required under any Health Care Law.

  • Transferred Permits has the meaning set forth in Section 1.1(b).
