Property Operator definition

Property Operator means individually and collectively, (a) any Operator (b) any Sublessee, and (c) any Manager, as identified in the Summary of Master Terms.
Property Operator means individually and collectively, any Person (a) responsible for the occupancy, use, operation, management, maintenance and administration of the Mortgaged Property pursuant to an operating lease or sublease, and/or (b) responsible for the operation or management of the Mortgaged Property pursuant to a management agreement.

  • If Delta elects to consummate the transaction involving the Offered Property, Operator and Delta shall consummate the transaction contemplated in the Offer Notice as soon as reasonably practicable but no later than sixty (60) days after any and all governmental approvals required for such transaction have been obtained (Delta and Operator agree to use their commercially reasonable efforts to obtain such approvals as soon as practicable).

  • With respect to any Taxes which may constitute a lien on the Owner’s Property, Operator shall promptly pay such Taxes unless the proceeding in which it contests such Taxes shall operate to prevent or stay the collection of the Taxes so contested or unless Operator removes any such lien by bonding or otherwise.

  • Property Owner means any person shown as the owner of land on the last equalized assessment roll or otherwise known to be the owner of land by the city council. “Business owner” means any person recognized by the city as the owner of the business. “Owner” means either a business owner or a property owner. The city council has no obligation to obtain other information as to the ownership of land or businesses, and its determination of ownership shall be final and conclusive for the purposes of this part. Wherever this part requires the signature of the property owner, the signature of the authorized agent of the property owner shall be sufficient.   • Third Party Operator means a Customer who operates a terminal and/or handles Cargo at the Port independently to ABP, under ABP’s Port Approval; and
