PROPERTY-CONVEYANCE shall have the meaning set forth in the Recitals.
PROPERTY-CONVEYANCE means the conveyance in the form attached as Schedule "B" to be executed at Closing conveying the Property from Vendor to Purchaser;

Related to PROPERTY-CONVEYANCE

  • Public conveyance means a conveyance that the public or a portion of the public has access to and a right to use for transportation, including an airline, railroad, bus, boat, or other public conveyance.

  • Conveyance Date means the date of a Conveyance, as specified on Schedule A hereto or in the applicable Purchase Notice.

  • Assignment and Conveyance An assignment and conveyance of the Mortgage Loans purchased on a Closing Date in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit 4.

  • Real Property Interests means all interests in real property of whatever nature, including easements and servitudes, whether as owner or holder of a Security Interest, lessor, sublessor, lessee, sublessee or otherwise.

  • Real Property Collateral means the parcel or parcels of Real Property identified on Schedule R-1 and any Real Property hereafter acquired by Borrower.
