Project Users has the meaning assigned to it under the Ownership and Operation Agreement.

Project Users. - means all persons with whom the Developers (Third part) enter into agreement for the sale of the commercial and residential units or occupy the commercial units or residential units on rent /lease.

  • The Developer hereby undertake to indemnify and hold NRDA harmless against all costs, damages, liabilities, expenses arising out of any third party claims relating to Non-completion of Project; quality of the Project and the Construction, agreement to lease entered into between the Developer and Project Users during the license as well as the lease deed period.

  • All claims for lesser amounts shall be reported annually by Operator to the Owners and Project Users.

Related to Project Users

  • Project Water means water made available for delivery to the contractors by project conservation facilities and the transportation facilities included in the System.

  • Customer Systems means the Customer's information technology infrastructure, including computers, software, hardware, databases, electronic systems (including database management systems) and networks, whether operated directly by Customer or through the use of third-party services.

  • Supplier Operations means all assets, processes and systems (including information systems), data (including Customer data), personnel, and sites, used or processed by Supplier from time to time in the performance of this Agreement.

  • Customer System means the Customer's computing environment (consisting of hardware, software and/or telecommunications networks or equipment) used by the Customer or the Supplier in connection with this Contract which is owned by or licensed to the Customer by a third party and which interfaces with the Supplier System or which is necessary for the Customer to receive the Services;

  • Contractor Project Manager means the employee identified in a Statement of Work as the Contractor project manager.
