Project Technical Requirements definition

Project Technical Requirements means City’s mandatory technical requirements for the Project, as described in Exhibit 1 (Project Specific Information (Preconstruction Phase)).
Project Technical Requirements means the mandatory technical requirements for the Project developed during Phase 1A, as may be updated in accordance with this Agreement. Subject to Section 9.7.4, the Project Technical Requirements will be attached as Exhibit 1 (Project Technical Requirements Summary) as part of the Phase 1B Amendment.
Project Technical Requirements means the Specifications, Drawings, and other technical requirements for the performance of the Project Implementation Work set forth in Appendix 4 (Project Technical Requirements) developed by or on behalf of the Project Company through the performance of the Preliminary Services and established in any Early Work Package Amendment and the Project Implementation Contract Amendment, as applicable. [Note: To be finalized and incorporated into Appendix 4 on the GMP Contract Amendment Date based on the GMP Project Submittal, and confirmed or revised in the Project Implementation Contract Amendment.]

  • Contractor acknowledges that it is responsible for satisfying all such requirements and that Owner will have the right to disapprove any design approach that is inconsistent with the Project Technical Requirements and/or Code(s) and Standard(s), including any Deviation conditionally approved that is included therein or that is not in compliance with the requirements of the Contract Documents, unless such design approach is subject to a Deviation previously approved in writing by Owner.

Related to Project Technical Requirements

  • Technical Requirements means the Technical Requirements in Section VII of the tendering documents.

  • Web Site Accessibility Standards/Specifications means standards contained in Title 1 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 206.
