Project Scope Review definition

Project Scope Review means the review of the scope of the remaining tasks in a Project conducted at the end of the design phase.

  • Therefore, at the end of the design phase, if Unisys informs Client that it believes that the scope of the Project has changed, Unisys may commence a Project Scope Review.
