Project PPA definition

Project PPA means each of the agreements listed in Schedule 1.1(d) and any replacement thereof entered into pursuant to the applicable Project Financing Documents.
Project PPA means the Pleasant Valley Wind Energy Center Power Purchase Agreement dated as of May 28, 2003, between PPM Energy, Inc., as purchaser, and the Project Owner, as seller, as it may be amended for time to time.

  • Each meter used pursuant to this SECTION 17 shall be tested and calibrated in accordance with the Solar Project PPA.

  • Project Participant shall notify FMPA in writing immediately upon becoming aware of any event that may negatively affect the Project Participant’s credit rating or cause a Downgrade Event, as defined in the Solar Project PPA.

  • Upon termination of this Agreement, LWB shall bear all responsibility and costs associated with the delivery of LWB’s Solar Energy from the delivery point as defined in the FMPA-Solar III Project PPA to LWB’s system.

  • Seller shall use commercially reasonable efforts under the Project PPA to cause the Project Owner or the Transmission Provider to test and verify the accuracy of Project Owner’s Meters at least annually and at Project Owner’s expense.

  • As a condition to exercising its right not to buy replacement Delivered Energy and Environmental Attributes under the preceding proviso, Seller shall upon Purchaser’s request provide Purchaser with evidence concerning the price that Seller is obligated to pay for Metered Output and Environmental Attributes pursuant to the Project PPA at the time of such Force Majeure Event (with such information to be treated as Confidential Information under Article 18).

  • Commencing on the Initial Energy Delivery Date of the Solar Facility, FMPA shall purchase from Seller in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Solar Project PPA, and FMPA agrees to and does sell, and the Project Participant agrees to and does hereby purchase, the Project Participant's Solar Entitlement Share.

  • Obtain the consent of the Majority Lenders prior to any material amendment to, or termination prior to its stated expiration by any Borrower Group Member of, any Project PPA Document, which in the case of any such termination, is not replaced by another Project PPA Document satisfying the PPA Parameters.

Related to Project PPA

  • Project Work means the work required to complete the Project.

  • Project Water means water made available for delivery to the contractors by project conservation facilities and the transportation facilities included in the System.

  • Project Completion means the date, as determined by the Division after consultation with the Recipient, that operation of the Project is initiated or is capable of being initiated, whichever comes first.

  • Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Contractor and approved by WTL, based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Contractor’s bid.
