The Project Manager/Superintendent shall represent Contractor and all directions given to the Project Manager/Superintendent shall be deemed to have been given to Contractor.
In the event Contractor deems it necessary, Contractor shall replace the Project Manager/Superintendent for the Project with a replacement with like qualifications and experience, subject to the prior written consent of District, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld.
The Project Manager/Superintendent shall be available twenty-four (24) hours a Day, seven (7) Days a week to respond to emergencies.
