Project Manager/Superintendent means an Employee appointed by the Employer on a specific project who has ultimate responsibility for the ROV team and is required to interface effectively with clients on behalf of the Employer whilst offshore.

Examples of Project Manager/Superintendent in a sentence

  • The Project Manager/Superintendent shall represent Contractor and all directions given to the Project Manager/Superintendent shall be deemed to have been given to Contractor.

  • In the event Contractor deems it necessary, Contractor shall replace the Project Manager/Superintendent for the Project with a replacement with like qualifications and experience, subject to the prior written consent of District, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld.

  • Project Manager means the principal employee or agent of the Recipient having administrative authority over the Project designated in Appendix B pursuant to Section VI hereof, or authorized designee as per written notification to the Director.
