Project Contributor definition

Project Contributor each of the legal entities and/or persons besides the Project Partners who participate in the performance of the Project, see the Project Plan and signs or subsequently accedes to the Agreement as a “Project Contributor”, see Clause 3.3.
Project Contributor means any individual or entity who receives Supercluster Funds as a result of supplying materials, providing facilities, participating in testing Project Deliverables or providing Project management but who is not the Project Lead or a Project Participant.

Examples of Project Contributor in a sentence

  • The Supercluster may provide ISED with a copy of the report of any audit, evaluation or review carried out by the Supercluster, related to the use of Supercluster Funds or the Project Contributor’s performance under this Project Contributor Agreement.

  • The Project Contributor, subject to any applicable legal restrictions (including securities disclosure limitations) agrees to acknowledge ISED’s role in providing the Supercluster Funds.

  • The Project Contributor may not publicize the Project or its role in the Project without the Supercluster’s prior written approval.

  • ISED may contact the Project Contributor in relation to success stories, announcements, ceremonies or other communications activities related to the Project.

  • The Project Contributor will account for, and report to the Supercluster on, its receipt of Supercluster Funds separate from any other source of funds.

  • The laws of the Province of British Columbia and the laws of Canada applicable in British Columbia govern this Project Contributor Agreement.

  • The Supercluster and ISED may publicize the Project, including the identity of the Project Contributor.

  • ISED has the right to release to the public, table before Parliament and publish by any means, any reports and other information ISED has the right to receive or to produce in accordance with this Project Contributor Agreement as well as such excerpts or summaries of the foregoing as ISED may, from time to time, decide to make.

  • In consideration for the receipt of the financial contribution of the Supercluster described in the MPA (“Supercluster Funds”) from the Project Lead, the Project Contributor will meet its obligations assigned to it by the Project Lead in relation to the Project.

  • The Project Contributor acknowledges that the Auditor General of Canada (the “Auditor General”) may, at the Auditor General’s cost, after consultation with the Supercluster, conduct an inquiry pursuant to subsection 7.1(1) of the Auditor General Act in relation to any funding agreement (as defined in subsection 42(4) of the Financial Administration Act) with respect to the use of Supercluster Funds received.

Related to Project Contributor

  • Project Contract means any Contract, excluding this Agreement and, as and when executed, the Ancillary Agreements [reserved], to which Seller is a party, or by which Seller or any of the Project Assets is bound, that relates to or has the primary purpose of supporting the Work or the Project, including, for the avoidance of doubt, any Contract pursuant to which Seller or any of its Affiliates is granted a real property or other interest in the Project Site (in whole or in part) or is licensed or granted the right to use, or holds or possesses, any Project Intellectual Property Rights.

  • Project Contracts mean a contract or contracts with respect to the acquisition and/or construction of the Improvements entered into by the Company or the Issuer.

  • Project Company means Company incorporated by the bidder as per Indian Laws in accordance with Clause no 3.5.

  • Project Companies means all Group Project Companies and Non-Group Project Companies together, each being a “Project Company”.

  • Development Contribution means the provision made by a developer under a planning agreement, being payment of a monetary contribution, the dedication of land, the carrying out of a work-in-kind, the provision of a material public benefit to be used for or applied towards a public purpose, or any combination of the above.
