Project Co Party definition

Project Co Party has the meaning given in the Project Agreement.
Project Co Party means Project Co's agents and contractors (including without limitation the Contractor and the Service Providers) and its or their sub-contractors of any tier and its or their directors, officers, employees and workmen in relation to the Project and "Project Co Parties" shall be construed accordingly
Project Co Party has the same meaning as “RTG Party”; and “Project Co Parties” has the same meaning as “RTG Parties”.

  • For clarity, Contracting Authority shall not be required to pay any interest and/or penalties that are imposed on or assessed against Project Co or any Project Co Party for non-compliance with Applicable Law.

  • All references in this Agreement to any act, default, omission, breach or negligence of Project Co shall be construed accordingly to include any such act, default, omission, breach or negligence of a Project Co Party.

  • Project Co shall use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that such persons remain involved in the Works in the capacity set out in Schedule 9 – Key Individuals and, in particular, will not, for the duration of the Works, require or request any such person to be involved in any other project on behalf of Project Co or any Project Co Party if, in the opinion of Contracting Authority, acting reasonably, such involvement would have a material adverse effect on the Works.

  • Project Co or a Project Co Party shall not, for the duration of the Works, require or request any such person to be involved in any other project, if, in the reasonable opinion of Contracting Authority such involvement would have a material adverse effect on the Works.

  • Project Co shall use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that such persons remain involved in the Works in the capacity set out in Schedule 9 – Key Individuals (unless such Key Individuals are not available for reasons beyond the control of Project Co or a Project Co Party).

  • For the purposes of this Section 12.4(a), only the following reasons will be considered beyond the control of Project Co or a Project Co Party: death, short term disability, long term disability or any other reason in the opinion of Contracting Authority, acting reasonably (Project Co shall provide to Contracting Authority any further documentation as may be reasonably requested by Contracting Authority to assess any reason beyond the control of Project Co).

  • Project Co shall maintain appropriate personal training records for every Project Co Party and for Project Co-trained Facility Users.

  • Project Co shall use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that such persons remain involved in the Works in the capacity set out in Schedule 9 – Key Individuals and, in particular, will not, for the duration of the Works, require or request any such person to be involved in any other project on behalf of Project Co or any Project Co Party if, in the opinion of the College, acting reasonably, such involvement would have a material adverse effect on the Works.

  • In keeping with the current statutory guidance for the [Authority/School Entity], all Project Co and Project Co Party staff who may reasonably be expected in the course of their employment or engagement to have access to children and/or vulnerable adults must demonstrate that they are not barred from such work by the Disclosure and Barring Service in accordance with Clauses 28.8 and 28.9 ( Convictions and Disciplinary Action) of this Agreement.

  • Project Co shall use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that such persons remain involved in the Works in the capacity set out in Schedule 9 – Key Individuals and, in particular, will not, for the duration of the Works, require or request any such person to be involved in any other project on behalf of Project Co or any Project Co Party if, in the opinion of the CTC, acting reasonably, such involvement would have a material adverse effect on the Works.

  • Project area plan means a written plan that, after the plan's effective date, guides and controls the development within a project area.

  • RFP Project Documents means the following documents to be entered into in respect of the Project, by the parties to the respective agreements:

  • Project Contract means any agreement or agreements for the design, development, acquisition, installation, implementation and construction of all or a substantial part of the Project by and between a Contractor and the Recipient.

  • Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Contractor and approved by Webel Technology Ltd., based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Contractor’s bid. For the sake of clarity, the Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” refers to the version of the Project Plan submitted by the contractor after receiving the letter of Award and the same approved by Webel Technology Ltd. The project plan may be changed/ modified during the course of the project. Should the Project Plan conflict with the provisions of the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • The Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Supplier and approved by the Purchaser, pursuant to GCC Clause 19, based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Supplier’s bid. The “Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” is the version of the Project Plan approved by the Purchaser, in accordance with GCC Clause 19.2. Should the Project Plan conflict with the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • The Works/Project means the works to be executed or done under this contract.

  • Research Project means a discrete scientific endeavor to answer a research question or a set of research questions related to medical marijuana and is required for a medical marijuana research license.

  • Project Work means the work required to complete the Project.

  • Project Plans mean the plans for the Project that are attached to this Agreement as Exhibit “B.”

  • Clean coal technology demonstration project means a project using funds appropriated under the heading “Department of Energy—Clean Coal Technology,” up to a total amount of $2,500,000,000 for commercial demonstration of clean coal technology, or similar projects funded through appropriations for the Environmental Protection Agency. The federal contribution for a qualifying project shall be at least 20 percent of the total cost of the demonstration project.

  • Project Sponsor means an eligible governmental agency receiving program funds pursuant to an approved application.

  • Project Implementation Unit or “PIU” means the unit referred to in Section I.A.1(b) of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

  • Project Water means water made available for delivery to the contractors by project conservation facilities and the transportation facilities included in the System.

  • Project IP means any Intellectual Property created, invented or discovered in carrying out the Project including in respect of the Project Results but does not include Background IP or copyright in a Student’s thesis or other material produced by him/her for the purpose of assessment towards his/her degree.

  • Development Site means any parcel or lot on which exists or which is intended for building development other than the following:

  • Project Improvements means site improvements and facilities that are:

  • Project Steering Committee means the committee referred to in Section I.A.1 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

  • Key Project Personnel means the persons named in Schedule I (Key Project Personnel) and any replacement(s) approved by the City in accordance with ARTICLE 7;

  • Project Coordinator means the employee of Alamo Colleges District designated in Exhibit A hereto who will manage the relationship between Alamo Colleges District and Contractor. The designated employee will be knowledgeable of the Project and be experienced in managing projects similar to the one established herein.

  • Development Property means a Property currently under development for use as an office or industrial building that has not become a Stabilized Property, or on which the improvements (other than tenant improvements on unoccupied space) related to the development have not been completed, provided that such a Development Property on which all improvements (other than tenant improvements on unoccupied space) related to the development of such Property have been completed for at least twelve (12) months shall cease to constitute a Development Property notwithstanding the fact that such Property has not become a Stabilized Property.

  • MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document means, as the context requires, either or both of the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Indicator Technical Specifications November 5, 2018 Version 1.3” and the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Target and Corridor-Setting Guidelines” as they may be amended or replaced from time to time;
