Programme Minimum Term definition

Programme Minimum Term means, where applicable in relation to a Programme Vehicle, the minimum holding period (if any) specified under the relevant Vehicle Manufacturer Buy-Back Agreement or the relevant Vehicle Dealer Buy-Back Agreement in order for such Programme Vehicle to be eligible for repurchase or sale at auction by the relevant Vehicle Manufacturer or Vehicle Dealer, as applicable.

Related to Programme Minimum Term

  • Minimum Term means the minimum initial period of service for each Service as shown on the Service Agreement and Order Schedule, such period to start on the date on which the relevant Service is first made available to you for use. For the avoidance of doubt, unless otherwise agreed the minimum term will be 12 months from your contract commencement date or other such date as may be notified to you in accordance with paragraph 19.2.

  • Minimum Hire Period means the Minimum Hire Period as described on the invoices, quotation, authority to hire, or any other forms as provided by the Supplier to the Client.

  • Programme Date means the date of this Base Prospectus.

  • Contract Year means each period of twelve (12) consecutive months during the Initial Term of this Agreement, with the first Contract Year commencing on the Effective Date, and with each subsequent Contract Year commencing on the anniversary of the Effective Date.

  • Minimum Level (ML) means the concentration at which the entire analytical system must give a recognizable signal and an acceptable calibration point. The ML is the concentration in a sample that is equivalent to the concentration of the lowest calibration standard analyzed by a specific analytical procedure, assuming that all the method-specified sample weights, volumes and processing steps have been followed.
