  • Bank shall provide to Company, and maintain, the Program Solution s with any and all enhancements, updates, upgrades, and new versions of the Program Solutions (collectively, the "Enhancements") that Bank makes commercially available in the form and format reasonably specified by Company.

  • Such Enhancements shall be deemed to be Program Solutions if such Enhancements are included by Bank as part of the Program Solutions and shall be covered by the Support Services set forth in the Agreement.

Related to Program Solutions

  • Program services means services that include all of the following provided they are pursuant to a program agreement: program needs assessment and development, job task analysis, curriculum development and revision, instruction, instructional materials and supplies, computer software and upgrades, instructional support, administrative and student services, related school to career training programs, skill or career interest assessment services and testing and contracted services.

  • Program sponsor means the independent contracting organization which sponsors the Program.

  • Program Staff means a person employed by the local program who is knowledgeable in a particular subject matter. For the purposes of the complaint process, program staff may not be involved in a specific complaint prior to the receipt of the complaint or the request for a review of the complaint.

  • Marketing program means a program established by order of the director pursuant to this act prescribing rules and regulations governing the marketing for processing, distributing, selling, or handling an agricultural commodity produced in this state or agricultural commodity input during a specified period and

  • PEBB program means the program within the HCA that administers insurance and other benefits for eligible employees (as described in WAC 182-12-114), eligible retired employees (as described in WAC 182-12-171 and 182-12-180), eligible survivors (as described in WAC 182-12-180, 182-12-250, and 182-12-265), eligible dependents (as de- scribed in WAC 182-12-250 and 182-12-260) and others as defined in RCW 41.05.011.
