The Program Executives shall monitor and review Program activities, the financial performance of the Program, key portfolio performance data, the activities, terms, features and functionality of competitive programs, the performance of each party’s Program Manager and Key Program Management Resources, and market trends.

The Monthly Checkpoint Review will be attended either in person or by telephone by the Program Executives from each Party as well as other personnel that each shall designate.
In the event there is a dispute that cannot be resolved by the Parties, either Party may request in writing that their Program Executives meet within fifteen (15) days to resolve the dispute.
