• Such Program Executives will meet with each other in person or by proxy at least once every [*] unless mutually agreed in writing not to do so, for purposes of discussing the progress of the Program, resolving issues that have not been resolved by the respective Parties’ Representatives and discussing any other subjects of mutual interest arising from or relating to the Program.

• The Monthly Checkpoint Review will be attended either in person or by telephone by the Program Executives from each Party as well as other personnel that each shall designate.

• In the event there is a dispute that cannot be resolved by the Parties, either Party may request in writing that their Program Executives meet within fifteen (15) days to resolve the dispute.

More Definitions of Program Executives

Program Executives shall have the meaning described in Section 2.8 hereof.
