Program Executive means, with respect to a Party, the individual who is designated its Program Executive in Schedule 1 hereto, and any subsequent holder of that position designated by such Party, subject to the applicable terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Related to Program Executive

  • Covered Executive means any “executive officer” of the Company as defined under Rule 10D-1.
