Program 2 means the program of research, Development and Commercialization activities with respect to Program 2 Products conducted under this Agreement.

• If the employee has elected Program 2 or 3, the remainder of his or her basic life coverage, not subject to the Total and Permanent Disability provision, would remain in full force until the employee attains age sixty-five (65) or returns to work.

• If applicable, in accordance with Subpart 22.18 of the Federal Acquisition Register, the Contractor must (1) enroll in the E-Verify Program, (2) use E- Verify to verify the employment eligibility of all new hires working in the United States, (3) use E- Verify to verify the employment eligibility of all employees assigned to perform work pursuant to the Agreement, and (4) include these requirements in any related subcontracts.

• The cooperation between the Partner and the Company can be of two types: 1) the Partner can attract clients of the Company (Partner Program); 2) the Partner can attract the Sub partner (“Multi-level Partnership”).
