Production Platform means a complex comprising:
Production Platform means platform for System optimized for 24/7 operation, fulfilling all requirements specified in Annex No. 1 – Technical and Functional Specification of the System.
Production Platform means Ayla’s production field cloud platform made available on a region-by-region basis in various regions around the world.

Production Platform means a complex comprising: (i) A fixed or floating offshore structure erected or positioned for the purpose of producing Oil from the seabed or its subsoil other than a structure designed solely to accommodate personnel or, when serving the purpose of such a single structure, a series of such structures; and (ii) the completed underwater Oil Well or ▇▇▇▇▇ within the same oilfield served by such a structure or series of such structures; and (iii) the flarelines and flowlines from such completed underwater Oil Well or ▇▇▇▇▇; and (iv) the intra-field pipelines (flowlines) from one such structure to another such structure.

Production Platform means all loans originated after February 1, 1997 which were sourced in one of the "remote sites" identified in Exhibit hereto and acquired by the Buyer under this Agreement. Production Platform means the infrastructure and operating system elements of the Customer Configuration that the Supported Application utilizes but does not include: (i) the Supported Application itself, or (ii) any infrastructure, software, or component that is not a production environment or has been labelled “colocated”, “non-standard”, “unsupported” or with like designation.
