Content Platform definition

Content Platform means all or any portion of a website containing written, video or photographic commentary, news or discussion on one or more particular topics (such as a blog) and that includes any Influencer Content.
Content Platform means the cyber threat hunting content platform via a dedicated site located at xxxxx://xxxxxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx/.
Content Platform means the platform that is made available via the Internet and the Sites to you, pursuant to these Terms. For avoidance of doubt, the Content Platform is not installed at an installation site owned or operated by or on behalf of you.

Examples of Content Platform in a sentence

  • Influencer will be solely responsible for the performance of the Services and the hosting, maintenance and operation of Influencer’s Content Platform; provided that Influencer agrees to embed the Brand Analytics Code in Influencer’s Content Platform or provide analytics details, if requested within a particular Program Details.

  • Influencer agrees to promptly remove any Submissions or Influencer Content from a Content Platform upon Brand’s request within one (1) business day.

  • Influencer is solely responsible for moderating any submission, comments, responses or other feedback (“Submissions”) from any third party in response to any of Influencer’s Content Platform, and agrees that Brand has no responsibility for moderating any Submissions.

  • Notwithstanding anything in the Privacy Policy, Xxxxx will have the right to collect and analyze data and information (including personally identifiable data and information) resulting from Influencer’s (and any of Influencer’s readers’) access to and use of a Content Platform.

  • Influencer will operate each Content Platform in accordance with Brand’s Privacy Policy (as amended from time to time, the “Privacy Policy”) which is posted on the Brand website at xxxxx://xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/pages/privacy-policy or otherwise provided to Influencer by or on behalf of Brand, that provides Influencer with sufficient rights to provide a reader’s Submissions to Brand in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

  • You understand, acknowledge and agree that the Company is the sole owner of all rights, title and interest, including any and all intellectual property rights in the Content, Platform, Services, logos, trade names, brand names, designs and any necessary software used in connection with the Platform.

  • Influencer will operate each Content Platform in accordance with Brand’s Privacy Policy (as amended from time to time, the “Privacy Policy”) which is posted on the Brand website at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx/en-gb/legal/privacy-policy or otherwise provided to Influencer by or on behalf of Brand, that provides Influencer with sufficient rights to provide a reader’s Submissions to Brand in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

  • Subject to Customer’s payment of the Content Fees, during the Subscription Term, Cyborg will provide Customer with access to the Content Platform on a subscription basis at the access level as set forth on an applicable Order Form (the “Content Services”).

  • As between Cyborg and Customer, title to and ownership of the Content Platform, Content, Hosted Services, and Documentation, including all Intellectual Property Rights (as defined below) therein shall remain with Cyborg.

  • The terms of this Agreement will be deemed “Confidential Information.” All information concerning or embedded in the Services, including the Content Platform, all Content, and the Hosted Services is Cyborg’s Confidential Information.


More Definitions of Content Platform

Content Platform means the platform that is made available via the Internet to Customer for evaluation purposes during the Trial Period, pursuant to these Terms. For avoidance of doubt, the Content Platform is not installed at an installation site owned or operated by or on behalf of Customer.

Related to Content Platform

  • Trading Platform means all programs and technology that present quotes in real-time, allow the placement/modification/deletion of orders and calculation of all mutual obligations of the Client and the Company.

  • Platform has the meaning specified in Section 6.02.

  • Customer Materials any materials, data, information, software, equipment or other resources owned by or licensed to You and made available to Us pursuant to facilitating Your use of the Services, including Customer Data.

  • Third Party Materials means any materials and information, including documents, data, know-how, ideas, methodologies, specifications, software, content, and technology, in any form or media, in which any Person other than the State or Contractor owns any Intellectual Property Right, but excluding Open-Source Components.

  • Approved Electronic Platform has the meaning assigned to it in Section 8.03(a).

  • Advertising Materials means any advertising, marketing, merchandising, promotional, public relations (including press releases) and display materials relating to or concerning the Licensed Products, or any other advertising, merchandising, promotional, public relations (including press releases) and display materials depicting any of the Licensed Trademarks.
