Product Units definition

Product Units means: (i) Licensed Products, and (ii) Intermediate Products
Product Units means a single retail-ready package containing one (1) copy of the Licensed Software in object code format stored on a single tangible medium, the End User License, Documentation, packaging, and/or other items as determined by Licensor in its sole discretion.
Product Units means the aggregate quantity of Phase 0 Products, Phase 2 Products and Translator PWBs purchase by Telaxis from Supplier.

  • In the event Licensee learns of any infringement or imitation of the Licensed Trademarks, the Software Title or the Finished Product Units, or the proprietary rights in or related to any of them, it will promptly notify Microsoft thereof.

  • As between Microsoft and Licensee, Licensee shall be solely responsible for marketing and sales of the Software Title, and for providing technical and all other support to the end users of the Finished Product Units.


More Definitions of Product Units

Product Units means, with respect to each Licensed Product, the individual containers that hold the Licensed Product. MBI shall determine, after consultation with Chugai, the size and other aspects relating to containers for Licensed Products.
Product Units means the total amount of Private Label Disposable Baby Diapers purchased not limited to but, including demonstration, samples, market giveaways or promotions.

Related to Product Units

  • New Products means any product which is not an Enhanced Product or 2 Existing Product but which is substantially similar to an Existing Product with respect to design and function and possesses reasonable performance improvements. If Company desires to purchase an Enhanced or New Product(s) from Supplier, Company shall so notify Supplier and provide Supplier the opportunity to manufacture such Enhanced or New Product(s), subject to the following conditions and procedures.

  • Hemp products means all products made from industrial hemp,

  • End Products as used in this clause, means those articles, materials, and supplies to be acquired for public use under this contract.

  • Designated Products means products provided by Motorola to Licensee with which or for which the Software and Documentation is licensed for use.
