Product Source Code definition

Product Source Code means Source Code that is used to develop and create the Software for the Licensed Product as defined above.
Product Source Code means the form of the latest version of the Product which the Customer is using which has been written by the programmers of the Product and comprising the actual code, listings of the various instructions and statements that the program contains in plain English or any programming language and: 14.36.1 the programmer's individual comments in plain English juxtaposed with the listings of code amplifying and describing the design and the steps taken by the programmer to implement the function of the program; 14.36.2 the program's supporting documentation in plain English; to the extent that same exist;

  • For any patent submissions relating to the Work Product, Source Code or any other patentable information or processes in which the Parties wish to patent pursuant to the terms of this Agreement (collectively, the “Patent”), the Parties hereto agree that the Patent shall be filed in the name of Customer, with Customer and Developer shall each being entitled to list two (2) co-inventors on such Patent, for a total of four (4) co- inventors.

Related to Product Source Code

  • Company Source Code means the source code for any Software included in the Customer Offerings or Internal Systems or other confidential information constituting, embodied in or pertaining to such Software.

  • Source Code for a work means the preferred form of the work for making modifications to it. “Object code” means any non-source form of a work.

  • Diagnostic source assembly means the tube housing assembly with a beam-limiting device attached.

  • Software Product means any COTS which you propose to provide pursuant to the contract.

  • Software Products means the INSOURCE software products made available to the Licensee under the Agreement.
