designated non-financial business or profession means any of the following:

  • Restricted business operations means business operations in Sudan that include power production activities, mineral extraction activities, oil-related activities, or the production of military equipment, as those terms are defined in the Sudan Accountability and Divestment Act of 2007 (Pub. L. 110-174). Restricted business operations do not include business operations that the person (as that term is defined in Section 2 of the Sudan Accountability and Divestment Act of 2007) conducting the business can demonstrate—

  • Qualified business and “Small Business Concern” means a business as set forth in Health and Safety Code Section 44559.1 subdivision (i) and (m), that is not dominant in its field of operation, and that together with affiliates, has 500 or fewer employees.

  • Financial Services Business for purposes of this Unit Agreement shall mean the business of banking, including deposit, credit, trust and investment services, mortgage banking, asset management, and brokerage and investment banking services.

  • Valid business purpose means one or more business purposes that alone or in combination

  • Restricted Business has the meaning set forth in Section 6.10(a).
