Prior SHAs definition

Prior SHAs has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 11.3 (Entire Agreement).
Prior SHAs means the Amended and Restated Shareholders Agreement dated July 12, 2016 by and among the Company and certain other parties named therein, the Amended and Restated Shareholders Agreement dated March 8, 2016 by and among the Company and certain other parties named therein, the Shareholders Agreement dated May 26, 2014 by and among the Company and certain other parties named therein, and the Amended and Restated Shareholders Agreement dated December 4, 2013 by and among the Company and certain other parties named therein.
Prior SHAs means (i) the shareholders agreement, dated as of December 18, 2014, by and among the Company, certain Altos entities, and the other parties thereto, and (ii) the shareholders agreement, dated as of November 16, 2015, by and among the Company, certain Altos and SoftBank entities and the other parties thereto.

Related to Prior SHAs

  • Traineeship Scheme means an approved traineeship applicable to a group or class of employees or to an industry or sector of an industry or an enterprise. A traineeship scheme shall not be given approval unless consultation and negotiation with the union upon the terms of the proposed traineeship scheme and the traineeship have occurred. An application for approval of a traineeship scheme shall identify the union and demonstrate to the satisfaction of the approving authority that the abovementioned consultation and negotiation have occurred.

  • Company ESPP means the Company’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.

  • Script means the written document that will assist the Servicer in responding to telephonic inquiries from Consumers about the Settlement (as defined below) and the status of their Program loan accounts after the Effective Date.

  • Live Date means the date on which the Trust is converted onto the Administrator’s system and the Administrator begins calculating the Trust’s official net asset values (“NAV”).

Make-Ready Work includes, but is not limited to, clearing obstructions (e.g., by rodding Ducts to ensure clear passage), the rearrangement, transfer, replacement, and removal of existing Facilities on a Pole or in a Conduit System where such work is required solely to accommodate CLEC’s Facilities and not to meet AT&T-22STATE’s business needs or convenience. Make-Ready Work may require “dig ups” of existing Facilities and may include the repair, enlargement or modification of AT&T-22STATE’s Facilities (including, but not limited to, Conduits, Ducts, Handholes and Manholes) or the performance of other work required to make a Pole, Anchor, Conduit or Duct usable for the initial placement of CLEC’s Facilities.

  • converted employment and support allowance means an employment and support allowance which is not income-related and to which a person is entitled as a result of a conversion decision within the meaning of the Employment and Support Allowance (Existing Awards) Regulations 2008;

  • NEO or “named executive officer” means each of the following individuals:

  • shop means an area of a building that is 30m² or more in extent or an area of land that is 30m² or more in extent, used for the sale or hire of goods;

  • On-the-job training means training that is provided by an employer during the routine performance of a job.

  • Parent Options means options or other rights to purchase shares of Parent Common Stock issued by Parent.

  • The Vetting and Barring Scheme means the scheme set up under the provisions of the Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act 2006.

  • CMD means the Contract Monitoring Division of the City.

  • main phase employment and support allowance means an employment and support allowance where the calculation of the amount payable in respect of the applicant includes a component under section 2(1)(b) or 4(2)(b) of the Welfare Reform Act 2007 except in Part 1 of Schedule 1;

  • Company Convertible Securities means, collectively, any options, warrants or rights to subscribe for or purchase any capital stock of the Company or securities convertible into or exchangeable for, or that otherwise confer on the holder any right to acquire any capital stock of the Company.

  • Parties to a Traineeship Scheme means the employer organisation and/or the employer and the union involved in the consultation and negotiation required for the approval of a traineeship scheme.

  • Company Warrants means warrants to purchase shares of Company Common Stock.

  • ECO ECO Resources, Inc., a Texas corporation. ---

  • Contract Start Date means the date specified in your Contract for Signature asthe date this Contract starts;

  • Time Worked means time during which an employee is performing labor or services for the benefit of an employer, including all time s/he is suffered or permitted to work, whether or not required to do so.

  • AMPS means the shares of AMPS being auctioned pursuant to this paragraph 10.

  • Sealant means any material with adhesive properties that is formulated primarily to fill, seal, waterproof or weatherproof gaps or joints between two surfaces. Sealants include sealant primers and caulks.

  • ADL means "activities of daily living".

  • Company 401(k) Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 6.4(e).

  • Parent Option means an option to purchase shares of Parent Common Stock.
