Principal Units definition

Principal Units means the number of Units (and any dividend equivalents related thereto) related to the undiscounted base portion of the award ( % of the total number of units awarded).

Related to Principal Units

  • Principal Underwriter shall have the meanings given them in the 1940 Act.

  • Principal use means when a vessel is used on waters of this state for one hundred eighty-three days or more.

  • Fractional Undivided Interest Means the fractional undivided interest in the Trust that is evidenced by a Certificate.

  • Class B LP Units means, collectively, the Class B limited partnership units of the Partnership, and “Class B LP Unit” means any one of them.

  • Initial Units means, with respect to any Initial Limited Partner, the aggregate number of Class A Units owned by such Initial Limited Partner as of the date of this Agreement.
