Principal Paying and Transfer Agent definition

Principal Paying and Transfer Agent means The Bank of New York Mellon, London Branch or any Successor Principal Paying and Transfer Agent;

Principal Paying and Transfer Agent has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 4.02(a).

• In the event that Citibank, N.A. shall no longer be the Principal Paying and Transfer Agent, the Company shall appoint a successor (which shall be a bank or trust company acceptable to the Company) to act as Principal Paying and Transfer Agent.

Principal Paying and Transfer Agent means JPMorgan Chase Bank N.A., London Branch or such other entity as is appointed by the General Partner on behalf of the Issuer and notified to the Holders as described in paragraph 10;
