Price Sources definition

Price Sources means any providers of market price information relating to any Instrument, including but not limited to (i) Reuters, Bloomberg and any other such provider, and/or (ii) any proprietary information, published or unpublished, of the Index Sponsor or any of its Affiliates relevant to determining the price of such Instrument, in each case as applicable, as determined by the Index Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion.
Price Sources means each of the quotation systems for foreign exchange maintained by (i) Reuters, (ii) EBS Group Limited, (iii) CIBC World Markets (as available through Reuters) and (iv) Royal Bank of Canada (as available through Reuters), provided that if one or more of such Price Sources is discontinued or otherwise unavailable, the Calculation Agent will be entitled to be such other source or sources as it deems appropriate, acting in good faith.

  • Except as otherwise required by the Price Source Authorization with respect to the use of data obtained from Authorized Price Sources, the Sub-Accounting Agent shall have no responsibility to review, confirm or otherwise assume any duty with respect to the accuracy or completeness of any such information and, it shall be without liability for any loss or damage suffered as a result of the Sub-Accounting Agent’s reliance on and utilization of such information.

Related to Price Sources

  • Price Source means the price source indicated in the table of Reference Assets comprising the Reference Portfolio under “Return of Your Deposit – Reference Portfolio” under Exchange or, if such price source is discontinued or otherwise unavailable, any other price source deemed reliable and appropriate by the Calculation Agent acting in good faith.

  • Price Source Disruption means (a) the failure of the Price Source to announce or publish the Reference Price (or the information necessary for determining the Reference Price); or (b) the temporary or permanent discontinuance or unavailability of the Price Source.

  • Discrete source means a radionuclide that has been processed so that its concentration within a material has been purposely increased for use for commercial, medical, or research activities.

  • Sole Source means a Trade Contractor or Supplier or Subcontractor specified by name in a Bulletin as the exclusive source from which conforming goods or services may be obtained. Designation of goods or services by reference to a named source accompanied by the qualification “or equal” or similar language is not a designation of a Sole Source as that term is defined herein.

  • Price Schedule means the schedules or any part or individual schedule thereof, submitted by the Bidder with his Bid and forming a part of the Contract;

  • PRICE DATA The Contractor has furnished a price list for the new period for authorized purchasers. Entities making purchases over $50,000 may consider obtaining two competitive quotes from the authorized dealers’ list on this manufacturer’s contract. If this manufacturer does not have a dealers’ list, the manufacturer should be prepared to submit a quote. PAYMENT: Payment for commodities or equipment purchased under the provisions of this Contract shall be made to the Contractor or to the authorized dealer making delivery in accordance with Miss. Code Xxx. §§ 31-7- 301, et seq. (as amended). Such payment is to be made only upon receipt, by the authorized purchaser, of properly certified invoices, which are priced strictly in accordance with the pricing provisions of this Contract.

  • Single Source means an individual, partnership, corporation, association, labor organization, or any other organization or group of persons which is not a political committee or political party.

  • Capacity Market Buyer means a Member that submits bids to buy Capacity Resources in any Incremental Auction.

  • Finished Products means the fully assembled and shrink-wrapped Licensed Products, each including a Game Cartridge, Game Cartridge label and Printed Materials.

  • Sadomasochistic abuse means actual or explicitly simulated flagellation or torture by or upon a person who is nude or clad in undergarments, a mask or bizarre costume, or the condition of being fettered, bound or otherwise physically restrained on the part of one so clothed.

  • Index Price on a given date shall mean the weighted average (weighted in accordance with the factors listed above) of the closing prices of the companies composing the Index Group.

  • Price means an amount of money tendered for goods or services, and includes all applicable taxes less all unconditional discounts;

  • Finished Product means a cannabis product in its final form to be sold at a retail premises.

  • Vendor or “Vendors” means any entity submitting a bid in response to the Solicitation, the entity that has been selected as the lowest responsible bidder, or the entity that has been awarded the Contract as context requires.

  • Supply Price has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2.
