Preapproval definition

Preapproval means a determination by the Department that:
Preapproval means written notification via a preapproval letter to Customer that Ameren Illinois has reviewed Customer's Application and determined that the project meets the program eligibility requirements for a maximum preapproved incentive amount if the project is completed by the estimated completion date and all final application paperwork is submitted and approved.
Preapproval means a determination by respondent, after receiving a request for credit from a consumer and analyzing the consumer’s creditworthiness, that the consumer appears to be eligible for credit from respondent in a specified amount on stated terms, subject to limited conditions, that is conveyed to the consumer in a written statement.
