Pre-Computed Receivable definition

Pre-Computed Receivable means any Receivable under which the portion of a payment allocable to earned interest (which may be referred to in the related Receivable as an add-on finance charge) and the portion allocable to the Amount Financed is determined according to the sum of periodic balances or the sum of monthly balances or any equivalent method or are monthly actuarial receivables.

Examples of Pre-Computed Receivable in a sentence

  • With respect to each Pre-Computed Receivable, payments by or on behalf of the Obligor shall be applied to interest and principal in accordance with the terms thereof.

  • All collections for the Collection Period shall be applied by the Servicer as follows: With respect to each Receivable (other than a Purchased Receivable), payments by or on behalf of the Obligor will reduce the total amount owed on such Receivable allocated in such a manner that is consistent with such Receivable being a Simple Interest Receivable or a Pre-Computed Receivable.

  • For the purposes of this Agreement, all collections for a Collection Period shall be applied by the Servicer with respect to each Transferred Receivable in accordance with Section 8.4(c) and as follows: (i) unless otherwise required by law, in the case of a Pre-Computed Receivable, in accordance with the terms contained in such Pre-Computed Receivable, and (ii) in the case of a Simple Interest Receivable, to interest and principal in accordance with the Simple Interest Method.

  • The Servicer may at any time agree to a modification or amendment of a Receivable in order to (i) change the Obligor's regular due date to another date within the Collection Period in which such due date occurs, (ii) re-amortize the Scheduled Receivables Payments on the Receivable following a partial prepayment of principal or (iii) convert a Pre-Computed Receivable to a Simple Interest Receivable.

Related to Pre-Computed Receivable

  • Precomputed Receivable means any Receivable under which the portion of a payment allocable to earned interest (which may be referred to in the related contract as an add-on finance charge) and the portion allocable to the Amount Financed is determined according to the sum of periodic balances, the sum of monthly balances, the rule of 78's or any equivalent method.

  • Liquidated Receivable means any Receivable liquidated by the Servicer through the sale or other disposition of the related Financed Equipment or that the Servicer has, after using all reasonable efforts to realize upon the Financed Equipment, determined to charge off without realizing upon the Financed Equipment.

  • Diluted Receivable means a Pool Receivable the entire or partial Unpaid Balance of which is reduced or cancelled due to Dilution.

  • Unbilled Receivable means, at any time, any Receivable as to which the invoice or xxxx with respect thereto has not yet been sent to the Obligor thereof.

  • Purchased Receivable means a Receivable purchased as of the close of business on the last day of a Collection Period by the Servicer pursuant to Sections 4.2, 4.4(c) or 4.7 or repurchased by the Seller or the Servicer pursuant to Section 3.2 or Section 10.1(a).

  • Excluded Receivable means all indebtedness and other obligations owed to Originator or in which Originator has a security interest or other interest (including, without limitation, any indebtedness, obligation or interest constituting an account, chattel paper, instrument or general intangible) arising in connection with the sale of merchandise or the rendering of services by Originator and further includes, without limitation, the obligation to pay any Finance Charges with respect thereto:

  • Eligible Unbilled Receivable means, at any time, any Unbilled Receivable if (a) the related Originator has recognized the related revenue on its financial books and records under GAAP, and (b) not more than thirty (30) days have expired since the date such Unbilled Receivable arose.

  • Settlement Receivable means any general intangible, payment intangible, or instrument representing or reflecting an obligation to make payments to or for the benefit of a Person in consideration for a Settlement made or arranged, or to be made or arranged, by such Person.

  • Transferred Receivable means a Purchased Receivable or a Contributed Receivable.

  • Repurchased Receivable means a Receivable purchased by Santander Consumer pursuant to Section 3.4 of the Purchase Agreement or by the Servicer pursuant to Section 3.6 of the Sale and Servicing Agreement.

  • Principal Receivable means each Receivable other than Finance Charge -------------------- Receivables and Receivables in Defaulted Accounts. A Principal Receivable shall be deemed to have been created at the end of the day on the Date of Processing of such Receivable. In calculating the aggregate amount of Principal Receivables on any day, the amount of Principal Receivables shall be reduced by the aggregate amount of credit balances in the Accounts on such day. Any Principal Receivables which Seller is unable to transfer as provided in Section 2.5(c) of -------------- the Transfer and Servicing Agreement shall not be included in calculating the aggregate amount of Principal Receivables.

  • Delinquent Receivable means any Receivable that is not a Liquidated Receivable and which the related Obligor fails to make at least 90% of the related Scheduled Receivables Payment by the date on which it is due and remains unpaid for more than sixty (60) days from the original payment due date.

  • Defaulted Receivable means a Receivable:

  • Excluded Receivables means, as of any date of determination, all accounts receivable referred to in Item 1 of Schedule 7.01.

  • Purchased Receivables means all those accounts, receivables, chattel paper, instruments, contract rights, documents, general intangibles, letters of credit, drafts, bankers acceptances, and rights to payment, and all proceeds thereof (all of the foregoing being referred to as "receivables"), arising out of the invoices and other agreements identified on or delivered with any Invoice Transmittal delivered by Seller to Buyer which Buyer elects to purchase and for which Buyer makes an Advance.

  • Sold Receivable means a Receivable that was more than 60 days delinquent and was sold to an unaffiliated third party by the Issuer, at the Servicer’s direction, as of the close of business on the last day of a Collection Period and in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.3(c) hereof.

  • Current Receivable means each Receivable that is not a Defaulted Receivable or a Liquidated Receivable.

  • Simple Interest Receivable means any Receivable under which the portion of a payment allocable to interest and the portion allocable to principal is determined in accordance with the Simple Interest Method.

  • Initial Receivable means each Contract related to a Financed Vehicle transferred to the Issuer pursuant to Section 2.1, which, as of the Closing Date, is listed on Schedule A (which Schedule A may be in the form of an electronic file), and all rights and obligations thereunder, except for Initial Receivables that shall have become Purchased Receivables or Sold Receivables.

  • Review Receivable has the meaning designated in Section 1.02 of the Asset Representations Review Agreement.

  • Final Recovery Determination With respect to any defaulted Mortgage Loan or any REO Property (other than a Mortgage Loan or REO Property purchased by the Responsible Party as contemplated by this Agreement), a determination made by the Servicer that all Insurance Proceeds, Condemnation Proceeds, Liquidation Proceeds and other payments or recoveries which the Servicer, in its reasonable good faith judgment, expects to be finally recoverable in respect thereof have been so recovered. The Servicer shall maintain records, prepared by a Servicing Officer, of each Final Recovery Determination made thereby.

  • Defaulted Receivables means any Receivable (a) on which any installment is unpaid more than sixty (60) days past its original due date or (b) where the Servicer’s records show that the Obligor has suffered an Insolvency Event.

  • Allocated Realized Loss Amount With respect to any Distribution Date and any Class of Mezzanine Certificates, the sum of (i) any Realized Losses allocated to such Class of Certificates on such Distribution Date and (ii) the amount of any Allocated Realized Loss Amount for such Class of Certificates remaining unpaid from the previous Distribution Date.

  • Nonrecoverable Monthly Advance Any Monthly Advance previously made or proposed to be made in respect of a Mortgage Loan or REO Property that, in the good faith business judgment of the Seller, will not, or, in the case of a proposed Monthly Advance, would not be, ultimately recoverable from related late payments, Insurance Proceeds or Liquidation Proceeds on such Mortgage Loan or REO Property as provided herein.

  • Collection Period means, with respect to any Payment Date, the period commencing on the first day of the calendar month immediately preceding the month in which such Payment Date occurs (and, in the case of the first Collection Period, the period from (but excluding) the Cutoff Date) and ending on the last day of the calendar month immediately preceding the month in which such Payment Date occurs.

  • Receivable any right to payment for goods sold or leased or for services rendered, whether or not such right is evidenced by an Instrument or Chattel Paper and whether or not it has been earned by performance (including, without limitation, any Account).
