Practically reviewable definition

Practically reviewable means information provided in a manner and in a form that, upon examination, yields information relevant to the property. Records that cannot feasibly be retrieved by reference to the location of the property, the geographic area in which the property is located, or the name of the owner or operator of the property are not practically reviewable.
