PPEA definition

PPEA means the Public-Private Education Facilities and Infrastructure Act of 2002, VA. CODE ANN. §§ 56-575.1, et seq., as may be amended by the General Assembly
PPEA means the Public-Private Education Facilities and Infrastructure Act passed in 2002 by the General Assembly to allow agencies, institutions, and localities to form partnerships with the private sector. Through these partnerships, the public and private sectors work together to complete major projects to serve the County’s interest.
PPEA has the meaning given in Recital R-3.

  • Should the Parties conclude that the Project is feasible, it is their intention to negotiate a comprehensive agreement under the PPEA and the PPEA Code which shall address the completion of design, construction and commissioning of the Project.

  • The Board agrees to deduct from PPEA Bargaining Unit Members’ salaries, the annual amount of dues in twelve (12) equal installments during the months of August through July and to transmit all such moneys to the Association Treasurer on the last working day of each of the twelve (12) months.
