Post-November 2016 Accrued Interest means, in respect of the Notes, all accrued and unpaid interest accruing on and after November 1, 2016 up to and including the Effective Date, at the rates provided therefor pursuant to the Note Indenture (and expressly excluding any interest on overdue interest);
Post-November 2016 Accrued Interest means, in respect of the Notes, all accrued and unpaid interest on the Notes accruing on and after November 1, 2016, up to and including the Effective Date, at the regular rates (excluding any interest on any overdue interest) provided therefor pursuant to the Indenture;

  • Accrued Interest Amount For any Distribution Date and for any Undercollateralized Group, an amount equal to one month’s interest on the applicable Principal Deficiency Amount at the Net WAC of the applicable Loan Group, plus any interest accrued on such Undercollateralized Group remaining unpaid from prior Distribution Dates.

  • Class B Noteholders’ Monthly Accrued Interest means, with respect to any Payment Date, the aggregate interest accrued for the related Interest Period on the Class B Notes at the Class B Interest Rate on the Class B Note Balance on the immediately preceding Payment Date or the Closing Date, as the case may be, after giving effect to all payments of principal to the Class B Noteholders on or prior to such preceding Payment Date.

  • Class C Noteholders’ Monthly Accrued Interest means, with respect to any Payment Date, the aggregate interest accrued for the related Interest Period on the Class C Notes at the Class C Interest Rate on the Class C Note Balance on the immediately preceding Payment Date or the Closing Date, as the case may be, after giving effect to all payments of principal to the Class C Noteholders on or prior to such preceding Payment Date.

  • Class A Noteholders’ Monthly Accrued Interest means, with respect to any Payment Date, the aggregate interest accrued for the related Interest Period on the Class A-1 Notes, the Class A-2 Notes and the Class A-3 Notes at the respective Interest Rate for such Class on the Note Balance of the Notes of each such Class on the immediately preceding Payment Date or the Closing Date, as the case may be, after giving effect to all payments of principal to the Noteholders of the Notes of such Class on or prior to such preceding Payment Date.

  • Class D Noteholders’ Monthly Accrued Interest means, with respect to any Payment Date, the aggregate interest accrued for the related Interest Period on the Class D Notes at the Class D Interest Rate on the Class D Note Balance on the immediately preceding Payment Date or the Closing Date, as the case may be, after giving effect to all payments of principal to the Class D Noteholders on or prior to such preceding Payment Date.

  • Accrued Interest means, with respect to Single Family Shared-Loss Loans, the amount of earned and unpaid interest at the note rate specified in the applicable loan documents, limited to 90 days.

  • Accrued Class B Note Interest means, with respect to any Payment Date, the sum of the Class B Noteholders’ Monthly Accrued Interest for such Payment Date and the Class B Noteholders’ Interest Carryover Shortfall for such Payment Date.

  • Accrued Class A Note Interest means, with respect to any Payment Date, the sum of the Class A Noteholders’ Monthly Accrued Interest for such Payment Date and the Class A Noteholders’ Interest Carryover Shortfall for such Payment Date.

  • Interest Accrual Date means with respect to any Security, the date the Company accepts funds for the purchase of the Security if such funds are received by 3:00 p.m. (EDT) on a Business Day, or if such funds are not so received, on the next Business Day.

  • Unpaid Interest Amount As of any Distribution Date and any Class of Certificates, the sum of (a) the portion of the Accrued Certificate Interest Distribution Amount from Distribution Dates prior to the current Distribution Date remaining unpaid immediately prior to the current Distribution Date and (b) interest on the amount in clause (a) above at the applicable Pass-Through Rate (to the extent permitted by applicable law).

  • Accrued Note Interest means, for a Class and a Payment Date, the sum of the Note Monthly Interest and the Note Interest Shortfall.

  • Accrued Class C Note Interest means, with respect to any Payment Date, the sum of the Class C Noteholders’ Monthly Accrued Interest for such Payment Date and the Class C Noteholders’ Interest Carryover Shortfall for such Payment Date.

  • Interest Accrual Period means the period beginning on (and including) the Interest Commencement Date and ending on (but excluding) the first Interest Period Date and each successive period beginning on (and including) an Interest Period Date and ending on (but excluding) the next succeeding Interest Period Date.

  • Accrued Class D Note Interest means, with respect to any Payment Date, the sum of the Class D Noteholders’ Monthly Accrued Interest for such Payment Date and the Class D Noteholders’ Interest Carryover Shortfall for such Payment Date.

  • Maximum Uncertificated Accrued Interest Deferral Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the excess of (i) accrued interest at the Uncertificated REMIC II Pass-Through Rate applicable to REMIC II Regular Interest ZZ for such Distribution Date on a balance equal to the Uncertificated Principal Balance of REMIC II Regular Interest ZZ minus the REMIC II Overcollateralization Amount, in each case for such Distribution Date, over (ii) the aggregate amount of Uncertificated Accrued Interest for such Distribution Date on the REMIC II Regular Interests (other than REMIC II Regular Interests AA, ZZ and IO), with the rate on each such REMIC II Regular Interest (other than REMIC II Regular Interests B-1, B-2, B-3 and B-4) subject to a cap equal to the least of (x) the One-Month LIBOR Pass Through Rate for the Corresponding Certificate, (y) 11.00% per annum and (z) the Net WAC Cap Rate for the REMIC III Regular Interest the ownership of which is represented by the Corresponding Certificate for the purpose of this calculation for such Distribution Date, and with the rate on each of the REMIC II Regular Interests B-1, B-2, B-3 and B-4 subject to a cap equal to the lesser of (i) the per annum fixed rate specified in the definition of “Pass-Through Rate” for the Corresponding Certificate, and (ii) the related Net WAC Cap Rate for the REMIC III Regular Interest the ownership of which is represented by the Corresponding Certificate for the purpose of this calculation for such Distribution Date; provided, however, that solely for this purpose, the related cap with respect to each REMIC II Regular Interest (other than REMIC II Regular Interests AA, ZZ, B-1, B-2, B-3, B-4 and IO) shall be multiplied by a fraction, the numerator of which is 30 and the denominator of which is the actual number of days in the related Accrual Period.   • Class A-3 Note Interest Rate means a rate per annum equal to %.

  • Fixed Rate Interest Payment Date has the meaning set forth in clause (d) of Section 2.01 of this Supplemental Indenture.

  • Class Unpaid Interest Amounts As to any Distribution Date and Class of interest bearing Certificates, the amount by which the aggregate Class Interest Shortfalls for such Class on prior Distribution Dates exceeds the amount distributed on such Class on prior Distribution Dates pursuant to clause (ii) of the definition of Class Optimal Interest Distribution Amount.
